SDAC Swim Lessons offers quality swim classes for children ages 3 to 16.
With teachings from our well qualified instructors, students progress in
their abilities and confidence in the water. The swim lesson experience gives
children an opportunity to have fun while learning the fundamentals of water
safety.
Our approach to teaching swimming is based on the Red Cross certified
method. Since its opening, SDAC has adopted some of the finer points of
this program and incorporated them into our own proven philosophy on
teaching children of all ages to be comfortable in the water.

- Registration begins on May 13th from 4:00-7:00 at Rancho Bernardo High School Pool.
