Henrik put together a great month in the pool. He pushed himself to another level in the practice pool and achieved new Zone level times in the competition pool. He found out what it was like to win at the IMX meet and learned how valuable his breastroke is to the Individual Medley at the AA Vegas meet. During the month Henrik has started to become a student of the sport. One who is thirsty for knowledge and is willing to go the distance to achieve his goals. Great Job Henrik! Keep it up!
