Erich is a very hard worker who has put in that 110% effort every
coach wants out of a swimmer. He has improved dramatically in
strokes and attitude since he started swimming with SDAC, but
has shown the most improvement over the last month. His dedication
and determination have earned him this nomination. He has been
pushing himself trying to make faster intervals and has asked
on more than one occasion to have me stay after practice to watch
his strokes and further critique him. He has helped push other
kids in practice, especially during dry-lands, lifting their
spirits, and he always brings a great attitude to practice, not
to mention, he is always ready for hard work. I know he will do
wonders in the sport of swimming and only hope it will be a life
long sport for him. Good Luck Erich!
