During the month of December Colleen demonstrated a strong desire to
compete and work towards her goals. She dropped time in numerous events
at the CAST Senior meet earning new JO and Far Western times. She was
able to put together a great two weeks of training during the Winter break
where she attended doubles everyday only missing one practice the entire
two weeks. She continues to impress me everyday in the practice pool
with her work ethic and discipline. Even though she is the youngest
person that I coach, she is an excellent role model for all.
