I pick Hailey Magana for swimmer of the month because of
all her hard work and dedication to stroke technique as well as motivating other
swimmers during practice, mostly by joking around with the kids. She is completely
focused on the task at hand giving 100% all the time. I am very impressed with her
ongoing desire to learn and correct her stroke when it comes to swimming. She has
improved tremendously since she joined SDAC and will go far in the sport of swimming
